Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all Yoho Lifestyle tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and stick the prepaid shipping label provided via email onto the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
